MFAP offers needle exchange, substance abuse treatment, Narcan education and supplies to help people live healthier and make safer choices.
MFAP has a LCSW available free of charge to MFAP's HIV+ client.
The Connecticut AIDS Drug Assistance Program provides assistance with medication coverage/co-pays for HIV + individuals.
Support Groups address the needs of those affected by HIV/AIDS.
Meeting are held every two weeks.
