Individuals meet with a case manager to work together to build a specialized care plan that will effectively meet their medical goals.
MFAP offers needle exchange, substance abuse treatment, Narcan education and supplies to help people live healthier and make safer choices.
Our Registered Dietitian helps evaluate client's health issues. Clients may receive supplements, food vouchers, and food from our pantry.
MFAP has a LCSW available free of charge to MFAP's HIV+ client.
The Connecticut AIDS Drug Assistance Program provides assistance with medication coverage/co-pays for HIV + individuals.
Support Groups address the needs of those affected by HIV/AIDS.

MFAP offers free walk-in HIV & HEP C testing. We also have a wide variety of condoms, educational materials, referrals, books, and more!
