MFAP provides HIV testing, counseling, referrals, and early intervention services including medical case management, treatment adherence, mental health, nutritional counseling. MFAP is here to provide a non-judgmental space to address your concerns and questions.
It is common that people diagnosed with HIV/AIDS face many barriers to continued participation in medical care. MFAP aims to help identify and address barriers to care to help ensure participants stay healthy.
Financial aid is available for insurance premiums, medical, dental, pharmaceuticals, substance abuse treatment, rental and utility bill assistance and other direct needs.

Treatment adherence counseling to ensure readiness for, and adherence to, HIV/AIDS treatments. Case managers work to make sure your health care needs are organized and costs are kept low.
We will advocate for you to address any challenges you may face. We provide leadership by representing people with HIV by helping organize care between health care providers and community resources.
MFAP provides non-emergency medical tranportation for every patient we serve for medical/dental appointments, MFAP events, etc.
Linkage to pharmacy specialties that provides full-service specialty pharmacy.
Most insurance plans accepted, including Medicaid, Medicare and CADAP. Financial assistance if qualified.
We collaborate with local medical doctors to ensure our clients are receiving the comprehensive and quality medical care they deserve.
