Mid Fairfield AIDS Project will be celebrating its 37th year of service at our 13th Annual Red Ribbon Gala. It will take place on Saturday, November 21, at Vazzano’s Four Seasons in Stratford.
MFAP is a non-profit organization that began as an AIDS Services Organization in 1989 and has evolved into a comprehensive provider that offers numerous services to diverse populations spanning all of Fairfield County. These include opioid addiction prevention, HIV (and Hepatitis C) testing prevention and care, housing for the homeless, counseling and support. Our programs address the constant shortages that plague our clients.
The Red Ribbon Gala is MFAP’s biggest fundraiser of the year. The money raised goes to our “Client Assistance Fund.” This benefits people living with HIV/AIDS, suffering from chronic homelessness and the consequences of extreme poverty.
