 Joanne Montgomery, LCSW, LADC, has worked in the behavioral health field for over 20 years and is passionate and committed to the population we serve at MFAP. Joanne has extensive knowledge of HIV/AIDS, Homelessness, Substance Abuse and Mental Health disorders. 

 John Harrington is a Norwalk-based attorney practicing in the fields of litigation (family, business, injury law), real estate and probate.  He is a Navy veteran (cryptolinguist), member of the Fairfield Rotary Club, and past chair of the ABA International National Security Committee.  John resides in Stratford with his two teen children.
