Office is now Open

  • Clients must make an appointment with their Medical Case Manager (MCM).
  • When arriving for their appointment they must call from the parking lot and speak to their MCM for an approval to come upstairs to knock on the door for entry.  
  • Clients arriving without an appointment will be refused entry.  Clients must come alone up to the office.
  • All visitors will be temperature checked at the door with an infrared forehead thermometer. 
  • Visitors must wear masks and clients must sanitize hands prior to entry. 
  • HIV and Hep C testing program. Please contact Erma at 203-855-9535 ext 107 or 475-459-5349 to schedule an appointment to come in and be tested. The tests are still free but must have an appointment.
